At XX Artists, your guiding principle is creating community through content. Personally and professionally, my guiding principle is connecting through creatives. In this position, I plan to guide creatives and the strategy at the agency through market research, creative testing, and ideation. I am detail-oriented, creative, and consistent as an individual contributor and a leader. 

I'm looking forward to bringing my insights from a DTC agency into XX, but more than anything, I'm looking forward to learning from and working with the team and building entirely unique campaigns.
